Exhibit: 'Let's dish up!'

'Let's dish up!!' – the fun, interactive exhibition about food science – was on display on the first floor of Forum Groningen in September 2022. The installation was part of the food science education program of the European Researchers' Night and also functioned as a standalone exhibition for the general public of Forum Groningen.

The installation consists of an interactive and thought-provoking snack machine, meals from the past and the future and other in-depth information on the subject. It forms an informal and playful connection between researchers and the community.

To reach as many people as possible, the exhibition is touring the Northern Netherlands. The installation is publicly available at locations such as community centers, libraries, schools, museums and more. Interested? Please contact aletta.installations@rug.nl.
