  • What are certified copies?

    A certified digital document is an electronic copy of a student’s degree certificate, academic transcript, or other graduation documents of which the content and authenticity can be securely verified online. A certified hard copy is a physical copy of a student’s degree certificate, academic transcript, or other graduation document that carries an official stamp, date, and signature in ink from an authorized institution/individual (e.g. notary or school official).

    To find the most suitable option, we advise you to visit our Certified (Digital) Copies page, where you can find the most up-to-date information on what is considered a certified copy and how to submit it.

    Please refer to your decision letter for further information on which documents you need to submit certified.
  • What should I do if I cannot submit a certified diploma before the start of the programme?

    If you cannot obtain the required certified diploma documents before the start of the Academic year due to the fact that your official diploma documents are issued later, please provide us with a certified graduation statement sent by regular post directly from your institution.

    Your graduation statement must include the following details:
    • Your full name and date of birth;
    • The official name of the qualification you have obtained;
    • The final exam courses and results;
    • The date of graduation;
    • Original stamp and signature of the institute;
    • The name and signature of the authorized person issuing the statement.
    Please note that your admission will remain provisional until we have received a certified copy of your final diploma documents. Please be informed that you have to provide us with a certified copy of your diploma as soon as possible. Not doing so will in the cancellation of your admission and consequently your enrolment.
