Lecture: Federalizing Investigations and Prosecution

In this lecture Andrew Zuidema will discuss EPPO ability to handle PIF Offences and how this may differ from a US and Canadian perspective. The European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) is a new EU body whose purpose is to prosecute PIF Offences (e.g. money laundering).
