Wednesday 15 January - The Future of Energy

This afternoon is all about sustainability, innovation and energy. Get inspired by a lecture on ecological research on solar parks and discover the possibilities of solar thermal energy during an exclusive tour of Zonthermisch Park Dorkwerd, which will officially open in 2025. Then engage with energy transition start-ups during an interactive panel on energy storage and smart AI solutions for supply and demand. The programme will conclude with the first 2025 Barntalk, on developing a green economy. The Barntalk is organised by ENTRANCE.

Thursday 16 January - The Power of Events: from Strategy to Social Story

Do you want to learn how to use participation really effectively in your organisation? In the morning, during an interactive workshop (organised by Stichting GROENN and the Rudolf Agricola School), we dive into the power of collaboration together and discuss different ways of involving residents in strategy and policy. In the afternoon, we explore the power of events as catalysts for social impact. The next step in this is also being able to communicate this value as a story to the surrounding area. With practical examples and insights from various studies, we show how events like ESNS contribute to social impact.
