Youth Climate Activism in Court

Young people demand a futureproof environment. They try to achieve this by filing lawsuits against their government; currently, more than thirty five lawsuits are pending worldwide. Which arguments do these young activists use? In this mini lecture, you will hear what rhetorical strategies the climate movement uses and how this rhetoric impels governments to implement climate legislation.
