	Location HOC Kwinkenplein Red Speaker: Jonida Milaj-Weishaar 'Data-driven innovation in the EU - From a rights-based approach to a risk-based approach' Data-driven innovation initiatives in the EU aim to make more data available and to facilitate data sharing across sectors and EU countries. By taking the Health Data Space as an example, this presentation will focus on the challenges that the implementation of the legal landscape creates for the protection of the fundamental right to data protection.
	Location: HOC Red Speaker: Ayushi Rastogi 'Data as Signals for Comprehending Challenges and Opportunities with Digital Inclusion' Data as signals are crucial in understanding challenges and opportunities in digital inclusion. By analyzing digital usage patterns and user behavior, data helps identify underserved communities, highlight barriers, and uncover areas for growth. This talk presents my experience from the software industry on how these signals provide actionable insights, enabling stakeholders to design more inclusive technologies and policies and fostering equitable access and participation in the digital world.
	Location: HOC Patina Speaker: Oskar Gstrein / Victor Toma Presentation new version Data Autonomy Index (DAIX) The DAIX has been continuously updated and developed further. In this short presentation we share the latest features and discuss what we are considering as next steps. Launch of the Yearbook on Data Autonomy (YoDA) project Together with the University of Groningen press we plan to launch a new, peer-reviewed, open access, online first journal. We are still looking for contributors for the management of the journal, as well as ideas for the first issues.
