How to apply

The candidates have to fulfill the following requirements in order to get an admission to the EngD programme: 

• Must hold a Master's degree of a relevant Masters programme listed below (or related):
  MSc Applied Mathematics
  MSc Applied Physics
  MSc Industrial Engineering & Management
  MSc Artificial Intelligence
  MSc Computing Science
  MSc Mechanical Engineering
  MSc Systems & Control

• Must have good English proficiency as described for the EngD programme
• Must have good grades, good recommendations, and a clear motivation to become a technical designer in the field of Autonomous Systems

For your application, please provide the following documents:

1. MSc diploma or proof of completion of the MSc programme
2. Master transcripts / grades
3. CV
4. Proof of English proficiency
5. Cover letter where you explain your motivation, why you think that you are a good candidate for the EngD programme, and what makes you stand out
6. At least one reference letter and/or contact (name and research institute) who we may approach for a reference

Visa

Non-EU applicants normally need a visa to enter the EU and a resident permit to study in The Netherlands. If this is your case, please check the information for prospective EngD trainees who require a visa and residence permit.
