Customized Entry Package
Are you interested in the MSc Human Resource Management (HRM), but do not meet the requirements for direct entry? If you have studied one of the programmes below at the University of Groningen, you may qualify for a customized Pre-Master's packages:

UG BSc Psychology students

UG BSc Sociology students
The knowledge gained in these programmes is highly relevant to the field of Human Resource Management. After completing some additional courses, you can continue to the MSc HRM.
15 ECTS package in FEB or FBSS courses (NEW in 24-25)
Important: Students who have already started the previous, larger customized entry package are advised to contact premsc.feb@ug.nl for guidance.
The updated Pre-Master’s package for Human Resource Management allows students to tailor their coursework to their interests while fulfilling the 15 EC requirement. The courses are offered by the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and the Faculty of Behavioral and Social Sciences (FBSS).
The courses available for the Pre-master HRM are listed below. Students must select and complete a total of 15 EC (5 EC per course). You are allowed to combine courses from both FEB and FBSS, but the chosen courses should be sufficiently distinct from one another to ensure a broad learning experience.

Course completion options
Students have the option to complete these courses either during their BSc in Psychology or BSc in Sociology or after earning their bachelor's degree by enrolling in the Pre-Master's programme. By successfully completing the 15 EC courses relevant to the MSc HRM and obtaining a BSc in Psychology or Sociology, students can directly proceed to the MSc HRM.

Note: students are advised to carefully check if and when a course is offered.
Note: Students are responsible for arranging for a correct registration for the Master’s programme in Studielink (including tuition fee payment). For UG students, the deadline for application in Studielink for the Master’s programmes is 1 August for the September intake and 1 January for the February intake. Students also have to register for courses in Progress in a timely manner; the deadline for enrolment for courses closes a week before the programme starts.
