Campaign subsidy
What is the Campaign subsidy?
An important body within the University is the University Council. There is an annual election for the student section of this council. Since 2013-2014, candidate factions registered with the Central Electoral Committee for the election of the student section of the University Council can claim a separate Campaign subsidy. The Campaign subsidy is a target subsidy of a supplementary nature; therefore, each year CUOS considers the need for support in relation to the factions' financial resources. At the end of the campaign period, CUOS reviews whether the supported factions have spent the subsidy effectively.
The regulations regarding the Campaign subsidy are contained in the CUOS regulations.
