The Central Executive Board for Student Organizations (CUOS)
What is the CUOS?
The Central Executive Board for Student Organizations (CUOS), established in 2005, is the overarching organ for the facilitation of student organizations. CUOS has an advisory role towards the Board of the University concerning the university’s policies on the area of student organizations. CUOS is also responsible for the funding of student organizations and the providing of housing for these organizations.

Current Board - As the name says, you can see who is currently on the Board of CUOS, who holds which portfolio and how you can contact us
Former Baords - A short introduction of all former Boards of the CUOS
Good to know - Here you can find the CUOS annual schedule with the deadlines of all subsidies, upcoming decision making meetings or information meetings
Annual plans, Annuals Reports & Long-term vision - Each year, the Board of CUOS write an annual plan where they lay out the objectives and goals for the year. At the end of the year, the policy will be evaluated in the annual report. The long-term vision provides a bit of an overview for the upcoming year and long-term goals of the CUOS
Decisions - Here you can find the decisions that have recently been made regarding the allocation of different subsidies, as well as the Board grants. You can also find the minutes of the decision making meetings here
Regulations & Applciation forms - This page offers an extensive overview of all Regulations for subsidies, as well as the CUOS regulations and all Application forms that need to be used for applications. Don't worry, the individual regulations and necessary forms can also be found on the seperate pages for each subsidy
The Graduation Fund - Probably one of the more difficult things that the CUOS does and very important for all organisations: the Board grants.
