Heading for a better method to measure health

Our team is devoted to develop smart ePROMs (electronic Patient-Reported Outcome Measure) for measuring Health-Related Quality of Life. These are based on a modern measurement model that has been developed by us in 2013, referred to as the multi-attribute preference response (MAPR) model.

Preference-based assessment is one of the key elements in our methods to get an overall value for the health status of individual patients. In 2020 we developed a new and better preference-based assessment (Drop-Down). This new assessment method is used in a large head-to-head study to compare the outcomes based on our methods with conventional outcomes.
