Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) gave a long interview to an Estonian Russian language weekly 'Den' za dnëm', explaining the essence of EU citizenship to the Estonian public and putting the statelessness problem from which many minorities in Estonia have been suffering for decades, into the perspective of EU law. EU law can offer solutions for outstanding problems. (In Russian.)
