Alongside other experts Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) spoke with BBC World about the consequences for EU-Russian relations of the introduction of eventual UK visa bans for the most corrupt Russian officials, predicting further proliferation of such instruments, given the current political climate and in the light of the shocking Pussy Riot verdict.
