Why do I get an error message?
If
you cannot access Pure or are unable to execute the actions you
require, first try the following steps:
If the problem persists, take a screenshot of any error messages that occur (Ctrl-Prnt Scrn) and send it to pure@rug.nl.
Describe what you were doing when the error occurred.
- Close your browser completely (not just the tab containing Pure) and re-start your session in a new browser window.
- Check that problems are not being caused by your browser security settings or additional plug-ins.
