The University of Groningen Language Centre, in partnership with the Institute of Developing Across Differences (IDD), will host the advanced level European Developing Across Differences (DAD) Learning Lab & Community Week from 19-25 June 2022. Registration is still possible until 6 June!
Join experienced colleagues—faculty, staff and other practitioners—from Europe and beyond in this inaugural edition of an in-depth professional development and knowledge creation event. Attend to hone your expertise in these areas:
- intercultural communication,
- diversity & inclusion,
- global learning, and
- global competence
in order to better support your stakeholders and those you serve.
The University is a strategic partner for the DAD Learning Lab as a part of our ongoing commitment to offer outstanding professional development opportunities to our faculty and others, to evolve how we approach intercultural understanding and global inclusion, and to expand our reach within the wider community that we collectively impact.
RUG intercultural competence section head and D&I programme manager Drs. Michaela Carrière will be featured among the experts at this experiential learning programme. Together with Dr. Nagesh Rao, she will co-lead the DESIGNING INCLUSIVE, INTERCULTURAL ORGANISATIONS: Implementing structural changes and personal development work for more inclusive, effective organisations - 22-24 June - 3 days - €1450.
