Enhance the chance of having your article published
Are you looking for more than just a proofreading service? Would you like someone to delve into the content of your text, to think along with you, and to point out gaps in argumentation, inaccuracies, or structural flaws? Look no further! At the Translation & Correction Service, in addition to our regular language editing, we now offer substantive editing.
In two rounds for quality control purposes, two editors will edit your text with an eye to spelling, vocabulary, punctuation, grammar, consistency, register, cohesion, and natural flow and also content, structure, accuracy, and argumentation. This service is particularly useful for academic articles. In-depth editing, such as the service provided by us, improves the chances of your article being published.
The editors will think along with you and tighten up your argument, make suggestions on structure and content, and pay attention to whether your story or argument rings natural as well as true. Our editors have a keen eye for detail and are able to think critically.
Furthermore, our editors are specialized in a range of fields, such as medicine, law, the social sciences, and philosophy among other disciplines. Your text will be allocated to two of our editors on the basis of their specializations. Upon request, we can also devote attention to whether your text complies with journal guidelines, the accuracy of your references, and shortening the text in line with the desired word count.
