Applied AI Inaugural Event

I am pleased to extend a special invitation to you for the inaugural event of our Applied AI community. This event marks the beginning of our journey, and your presence would greatly enrich the experience.

Below is the outline of our final programme.  We have a capacity for up to 120 participants, and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

AI is everywhere today. The application of AI is a hot topic when it comes to bringing ideas to market. In this talk, I'll show you some examples of when it works (and when it doesn't), how you can be successful, and what to expect along the way from idea to market.

2. Ahmad Alsahaf, Biomedical Sciences, UMCG
Title: Hyperspectral analysis of cellular Electron Microscopy
This talk discusses how Applied AI coupled with hyperspectral imaging and analysis offer a novel approach to visualize and analyze cellular images, enhancing their interpretability and reducing the reliance on manual analysis.

3. Ruud Henken, InfraSolutions
Title: Mapping the world with AI
We are mapping the world with our fleet of mapping cars and sensors. We revolutionize the way we perceive and navigate the world using cutting-edge AI technologies, creating a digital representation of our surroundings.

15:15h - 16:15h - Speed Dating Breakout Sessions: Connect, discuss, and exchange thoughts in our unique, fast-paced breakout sessions.

16:15h - 17:00h - Socialization with Refreshments: Wind down and network in a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by a selection of refreshments. We are eager to bring together diverse perspectives and voices to this platform.
