The Cyber Attribution Project is a research project funded by the Groningen University Fund, in which Dr. Evgeni Moyakine and students under his supervision investigate among other things how cyber operations carried out against the (Northern) Netherlands can be attributed to States, when State responsibility can be invoked, and what the legal consequences of this are.
This project also includes cooperation with external experts and the organization of two workshops: one at the University of Haifa, Israel, and another at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. The Groningen workshop is co-organized with Jantina Tammes School of Digital Society, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence. During the event, the team will present its findings, receive feedback from experts in the field and engage in discussion with them. The event will take place in a hybrid form in Groningen on 27 March 2023 from 10:30 until 18:00 hrs.
The in-person attendance is by invitation only, but all interested can register to follow an online live stream. The link to the event will be provided at a later date.
