Learning agreement

All exchange students have to submit a learning agreement - LA (approval form for your courses).

Our course catalogue for 2024-2025 will be available as of the end of June.

When we have sent you the letter of acceptance from the Mobility Online (MO) system, you have access to the next step: the learning agreement. Please follow the instructions from your home university.

If your home university works with EWP we can sign your LA digitally. Please inform us when your LA is ready to be signed.

Or download the form on MO - fill out the courses you would like to follow, have the form signed / approved by your home university with a signature, sign the form yourself and upload the document again in the MO system, so we can sign the form after approval.

If afterwards you would like to make changes in your LA: go to MO again – have the courses approved by your home university, and upload the form again in the MO system, so we can also sign the form.
