EuroSoTL 2025 Timeline

Below you can find an overview of all the important dates for the upcoming EuroSoTL 2025 conference.

Call for Contributions - Deadline 30 November 2024

We invite students, teachers and researchers from all career stages to submit SoTL proposals to contribute to the conference. The call for contributions is open from 15 October to 30 November 2024.

Opening of registrations - 1 February 2025

The registration portal for the EuroSoTL 2025 conference will open on 1 February 2025. An overview of the conference fees can be found here.

Notification of defcisions - Early March 2025

Decisions on applications will be announced in early March 2025.

Closing of registrations - 31 May 2025

The registration portal for the EuroSoTL 2025 will close on 31 May 2025. An overview of the conference fees can be found here.

EuroSoTL 2025 - 18 to 20 June 2025

The EuroSoTL 2025 conference will take place at various locations in Groningen city centre.
