EuroSoTL Conference 2025
The University of Groningen (UG), The Netherlands, is delighted to host EuroSoTL 2025 on June 18, 19, and 20.
Conference Theme: “Making Connections through the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning”
Our society faces significant scientific and societal challenges, including climate resilience, sustainability, social resilience, an aging population, and digital transformation. The UG is committed to addressing these issues through education, research, and societal impact. Our strategic plan emphasizes making connections—across disciplines, between education and research, within our academic community, and with the broader region and world. The conference theme, "Making Connections through the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning," underscores the integration of innovative teaching practices, collaboration, and the fostering of international exchanges of ideas. The conference will feature interdisciplinary workshops, fringe sessions, and networking and social events designed to connect a diversity of people, topics and disciplines promoting both intellectual and social connections.
