Prof. E. (Evrim) Ursavas
Evrim Ursavas is Professor of Energy Logistics at University of Groningen in the Netherlands. She also serves as the coordinator of Master Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the Faculty of Economics and Business.
Ursavas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Master of Science in Computer Engineering, Master of Science in Business Administration and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Operations.

Research interests
Hydrogen economy Energy value chain design and optimization Energy sector economic analysis and business model development
Ursavas’s research is on economic and business model development, supply chain network design, value chain optimization and decision making in the energy sector. Her current research focuses in particular on Hydrogen, Carbon Capture Storage and Utilization, Liquefied Natural Gas and wind energy.
She currently leads a research team on Energy supervising several PhD students and researchers. She is the academic lead of several EU projects on hydrogen, carbon capture utilization and storage and logistics.
Ursavas has published in journals such as Transportation Science, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, Omega, European Journal of Operational Research and Decision Support Systems. She teaches courses on sustainable energy supply, economic and business models development and optimization.
