The most exciting festival of your future is back!

The fifth edition of the New Energy Forum (NEF) is just around the corner—the ultimate festival for (future) mobility and energy professionals and anyone passionate about creating a livable world.

Whether you’re a professional, entrepreneur, student, researcher, teacher, or policy expert, this is the Netherlands’ most dynamic gathering focused on mobility, energy transition, and sustainability.

2025 = Action!

For years, we’ve researched, consulted, and planned. And while that’s essential, now is the time to act! This edition is all about getting things done—learning from trailblazers, celebrating progress, and rolling up your sleeves to make real impact. Together, we can build a better, faster, and more sustainable future.

Submit your research paper

We call on researchers to submit papers related to our theme of ‘action’, before May 15th. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure for your research.

ENTRANCE Award 2025

At New Energy Forum the ENTRANCE Award will be presented: an award for pioneers in the energy transition. Are you or do you know someone who is making a significant contribution to the energy transition and deserves the award? Nominations for the ENTRANCE Award 2025 are now open! Nominations can be made here.

What’s in Store?

At the ENTRANCE site, prepare for an immersive experience with:

  • Inspiring speakers sharing bold ideas
  • Sharp debates on today’s key challenges
  • Hands-on workshops and interactive sessions
  • Engaging demonstrations showcasing real-world solutions
  • Networking opportunities to spark collaborations and career opportunities

And this year, we’re making it even more inclusive—English content is woven throughout the programme, so you can easily follow a full day of sessions in English.
