Professional identity formation
In this lecture, you will learn more about your training as a professional and the role of others in it. You thereby not only increase your self-knowledge, but you also gain insights into how others are formed and what influence this has on working together. This is extremely relevant to your development as a professional, as you will often work with others.
Socialisation
In your training as a professional, during your studies and afterwards, you are influenced in many ways by the people around you. One teaches you knowledge, the other skills and yet another is a role model for how you want to be as a professional in the future. In this context, you develop your professional identity and gradually become part of the community of practice.
