Y. (Yasin) Koc, Dr
Currently, I teach on the following courses:
-
Intergroup Relations (Bachelor)
-
Team Internship (Master)
-
How to Write Effective Research Proposals (ReMA)
And I used to teach the master course "Diversity in Society: Current issues and challenges"
I supervise bachelor thesis and master thesis projects on the following topics: multiple conflicting identities, privilege and lack of privilege, and interventions to reduce negative intergroup attitudes.
I am also involved in faculty-wide teaching innovation activities. I am particularly working on developing and implementing peer feedback mechanisms for student assignments.
I also accept visiting interns (e.g., Erasmus+) on the research topics stated above. You can visit my lab for 2-6 months and work on the existing research project. Unfortunately, I do not accept students over the summer. Your visit can start in September or February.
