As a PhD candidate in retailing, I am specifically interested in the role of local entrepreneurship in the grocery retailing context. I work on research projects in which we explore the impact of local differences on price promotion effectiveness, the effects of local merchandising, and how social media may help businesses to improve their local engagement.
