Developing an inclusive learning environment when working in team

Universities face the important task of creating an inclusive learning environment due to growing numbers of international students and demands from companies for effective collaboration in diverse groups. While studies explore the opportunities and challenges of diversity, there is ongoing debate on how to help students comprehend diversity and foster a secure learning environment.

My project has two main aims: (1) to assess the impact of diversity on psychological safety in a group and (2) to identify effective solutions to support the development of an inclusive learning environment.
