S.B. (Sebastian) Beil

Sebastian studied Chemistry in Kiel. His Bachelor's Thesis was obtained at the University of Stockholm with Berit Olofsson and Master's Thesis in Kiel with Anne Staubitz. For his PhD he moved to Mainz and graduated in 2019 under the supervision of Siegfried R. Waldvogel. As an intern student, he spent four month with Phil S. Baran at Scripps Research in La Jolla. After a first postdoc in the group of Max von Delius in Ulm, he moved to Princeton University to work in the group of David MacMillan. From May 2021 on, Sebastian accepted a position as assitant professor at the University of Groningen.
