M. (Mariana) Scaff Haddad Bartos, MA

Mariana Scaff Haddad Bartos (she/her) is a researcher and PhD candidate affiliated with the University of Groningen (The Netherlands) and University of São Paulo (Brazil).

She is a researcher affiliated with the Center for Research on Public Policies for the Contemporary Metropolis - NAP Escola da Metrópole (USP), the Center for Bureaucracy Studies - NEB (FGV) and the Center for Studies in Public Administration and Government - CEAPG (FGV).

She holds a Master in Public Administration and Government from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a degree in Public Policy Management from the University of São Paulo (USP). She was an advisor at São Paulo City Hall, in the Mayor's Office, and Professor of the Medicine Course at Universidade Nove de Julho.
