Research interests
I am research assistant associated with the groups of Irene Tieleman, Jan Komdeur and Hannah Dugdale.
I defended my PhD thesis with the title “Physiology in a life history perspective: stonechats’ adaptations to different environments” in February 2012 at Groningen University.
Currently my main focusses are coordinating and assisting fieldwork, eco-immunological labwork and giving statistical assistance to MSC and PhD students. I also teach in the BSc course (Systems Ecology and) Ecological Interactions, and the MSc course Molecular Methods in Ecology and Evolution.
