My main responsibilities are:
- Educational developer for Educational Support and Innovation (ESI)
- PhD-student researching academic professional development at the faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences.
- Embedded expert for the Faculty of Medical Sciences
As a trainer and coordinator, I am involved with the project Masters of Didactics. The project aims to train lecturers of Polish universities on quality of their teaching. I am also involved in researching the development of academics in this project and has special interest in teaching self-efficacy beliefs.
