I am responsible for the Qualification PhD Supervision Excellence at the University of Groningen. As part of this qualification program, I co-created a MOOC for University lecturers called Successful PhD Supervision: A Shared Journey.
To supplement and reinforce online learning, I facilitate workshops in a wide range of subjects, such as: Key aspects of the PhD supervision, Effective feedback practices, Coaching techniques for supervision, and I am available for individual and group coaching sessions (intervision).
