Dynamic clustering: Classifying people through ecological momentary assessment

For my PhD thesis I was working on the development of statistical models for time series clustering under the supervision of Prof. Marieke Timmerman and Prof. Casper Albers. These models identify groups of individuals who exhibit similar dynamics. This allows us to distill the signature dynamics of different psychological processes from intensive longitudinal data, arriving thereby at a more precise description of individuals’ dynamics.

My PhD research was funded by an NWO Research Talent grant.
