Do you want to know all about the universe? We would love to tell you more about it!
In cooperation with the Kapteyn Institute (Research Institute for Astronomy), we organize all kinds of inspiring activities.
With the Kapteyn mobile planetarium we like to come to your school. A mobile planetarium is an inflatable dome, in which you can sit with the whole class to admire the starry sky and make a virtual journey through the universe.
You can also join us with your class for a tour of the Blaauw Observatory, astronomy workshops and tours of the Science LinX exhibit. Also visit one of the DOT Dome Cinema Live Planetarium Shows at Vrydemalaan 2 in Groningen, on changing themes, with projections all around you in a 20-meter diameter dome.
Or take a youth astronomy course and meet peers with similar interests (ages 8 to 12).
