Pillar 2: FAIR Data and Software
Open and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Re-usable) research data and software makes research better reproducible, more efficient, and more trustworthy. Data specialists will create guides for researchers on FAIR principles and the pseudonymization of research data, for example, and will highlight best practices, facilitate data sharing and preregistration, and in doing so, stimulate data-related open science practices.
Deliverables:
-
Develop terms for re-use of datasets
-
Identify Open Access options for Research Data Management Plans (RDMPs)
-
Explore the possibilities for a University-wide course on FAIR research data management and Open Science practices and tools for researchers
-
Practical guide on pseudonymization of research data
