The Röling Building has four lecture rooms on the first floor, all named after people who have meant a lot to law in general (and the faculty): the Singer-Dekker Room, the Scheltema Room, the Bakkert-Nort Room and the Brunsema Room. Currently, three of the four lecture rooms are decorated with posters by illustrator Lisa Sportel (two posters per room). Those posters briefly tell the life story of the person after whom the room is named, accompanied by visual material that can be linked to that person. There are no posters in the Scheltema Room yet, as they are still being created.
