Dimitry Kochenov: 'Without support European Commission Slovenia unlikely to win case against Croatia'
Prof. Dimitry Kochenov, an expert in EU constitutional law, explained in the Croatian newspaper Vecernji how Article 259 TFEU works. This provision outlines the procedure allowing Member States of the Union to bring each other to the Court of Justice of the EU for breaches of EU law.
