Edwin Woerdman explains CO2 price increase on national radio

29 May 2018
Prof. Dr. Edwin Woerdman

He also commented upon the possibility for private individuals to use emission rights as an investment tool. Woerdman questions the desirability of this, because a profitable sale would bring the right to emit one ton of CO2 back into the emissions trading system again.
