Dimitry Kochenov on ongoing dispute over Gibraltar
Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) took part in a Sunday analytical programme on BBC World Service Radio (5yj ètazh), providing a legal analysis of the ongoing dispute over Gibraltar (in Russian). The contribution is grounded in the book on 'EU Law of the Overseas' which he edited for Kluwer Law International (2011) and on the volume on 'The Principle of Good Neighbourliness in the European Legal Context' co-edited with Elena Basheska and due to appear with Martinus Nijhoff next year.
