Dimitry Kochenov on enforcement EU law in Member States

Prof. Dimitry Kochenov (EU Constitutional Law) took part in a round table on the enforcement of EU law in the Member States of the Union at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, advocating broader theoretical possibilities of the deployment of the direct actions against non-compliant Member States in order to protect the values on which the European Union is founded. The summary of the discussion with Professors Renata Uitz, Pál Sonnevend and Konrad Lachmayer appeared in the local press (in Hungarian).
