How do national judges look upon and fulfil their role in practice as decentralised EU judges? What are their experiences with European Union law? What are their views on the legal order of the European Union?

In relation to the HiiL Research Project:National Judges as European Union Judges: Knowledge, Experiences and Attitudes of Lower Court Judges in Germany and the Netherlands, HiiL together with the Faculties of Law of the Universities of Groningen and Rotterdam and the Raad voor de Rechtspraak are organising a presentation:
