Title / Abstract:

My research focuses on how teams adapt to changes and non-routine events. Thereby I try to use longitudinal data and analyses wherever possible. In this presentation I will  present two recent studies. In the first  laboratory study we investigate the role of team interaction patterns (routines) on team adaptation to multiple events. In the second field study we investigated the role of team learning behaviors and team functional leadership in the relationship between event occurrence and team performance.
