Timetable and Location
Timetable
Students can retrieve their timetable via the schedule generator.
Enter all the courses you plan on following during your exchange semester. That way, you will see whether any of your courses/ exams overlap and in which building/ room they will take place.
Check your timetable before lectures start!
What do I do in case of a timetable clash?
-
Option 1: Switch one of the two courses for another course. Mind that your home university needs to agree to the changes as they might have an influence on your degree programme! Inform the International Office about the course changes. Please do not change the enrolments yourself.
-
Option 2: (Not recommended) Keep both courses and skip the lectures of one of the courses. In some cases, the lectures are not mandatory, but they will give you a better understanding of the subject and the teachers often ask questions about the lectures in the exam. Note: this is only possible for general lecture courses and not for practical courses!
Location
Mind that lectures are given in different buildings throughout the city. They usually finish 15 minutes prior to the full hour which gives you 15 minutes to switch locations to be in time for the following lecture.
