| April 11th, 2016 | Deadline for submission of final version of papers and Early Bird Registration | |
| May 2nd, 2016 | Final deadline for registration. At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register and pay the registration fee by this date, otherwise the paper will appear neither in the proceedings nor in the program, nor will it be presented. | |
| May 16th, 2016 | Program posted on website. | |
| June 9th – June 11th, 2016 | The 30th Annual ISoF conference in Groningen, The Netherlands | |
