Stay connected with FEB. We hope to see you at one of our alumni events throughout the year. There is a lot happening at the FEB Alumni Network. We offer opportunities to expand your knowledge, connect with other alumni and stay involved in faculty developments.

Activities organised by the central UG alumni department

Also the central UG alumni office organises on a frequent basis gatherings at different locations. Up to twice a year, alumni come together to get acquainted or strengthen relationships and to stay updated on the latest scientific developments within the university. Each activity offers opportunities to both young professionals as well as experienced professionals to expand their network abroad.

International alumni circles

The UG hosts events for former students in cities across the world. From Groningen to Hong Kong to San Francisco, alumni meet each other in regions where many Groningen alumni reside. In the map above you may find the alumni circles and the international alumni ambassadors.

International alumni ambassadors are young international graduates and ready to share their Groningen experiences with everyone interested: from prospective students to alumni and from businesses to universities. They volunteer to bridge the gap between their home countries and their Alma Mater. The University has tight-knit groups of alumni in some of these areas that are called alumni circles. They have established a local board with objectives and organise gatherings a few times per year. These meetings offer an opportunity to meet old friends and make new contacts.
