How and when can I get my student card?
You will receive your student card within approximately 10 working days after you have been fully enrolled as a student and have uploaded your photo in your Brightspace account.
Dutch address
Students with a Dutch address will receive
their student card per post on their correspondence
address. You can find and change your correspondence address
in Studielink.
Foreign address
Students with a foreign address will receive an email as soon as
their student card is ready for pick up at the Student
Information & Administration in the Academy Building. To pick
up your card, please make an appointment here.
Keep in mind that you should be able to identify yourself when
picking up your student card.
