  • How do I pay the application fee?

    After you have submitted your application via Studielink, you will receive an email with a payment link.

    You can pay the application via:
    • Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard)
    • iDEAL
    • Bancontact
    • Sofort

  • How will I know if the payment of my application fee has been received?

    As soon as we have received your payment of the application fee, we will confirm its receipt by email.

  • When must I have paid the application fee?

    We can only start reviewing your application when you have paid the application fee. In addition, you must have submitted all relevant documents before the application deadline.

    In short, you must have paid the application fee and completed the registration in Progress Portal before the application deadline.

    Unfortunately, the Admissions Office cannot process your application without an application fee payment. This requirement cannot be waived.

    The application fee can only be paid via credit card (VISA / Mastercard), iDEAL, Bancontact, or Sofort. If you currently have neither, you could look into paying via a virtual or temporary credit card. The application fee will not be waived if you have no credit card.
