Graduation statement - Bachelor

Many applicants who are conditionally admitted to our Bachelor's programmes still need to obtain their secondary education diploma. This is stated in the decision letter. To meet the condition, applicants must submit their certified diploma and transcript through our certified documents procedure.

Applicants with certain qualifications may graduate before the start of the programme, but the official diploma might be issued later. In these cases, applicants can ask their school to send us a graduation statement using our certified documents procedure.

We have provided several standard formats for graduation statements below, which schools can use as a reference.

Important: If your school uses its own format, make sure it contains all the details outlined in the relevant sample statement.
