Introductory Course: Teaching at the UG

Have you recently obtained a teaching position at the University of Groningen and are you curious to learn how we teach in this beautiful academic city? Then sign up for our two-day introductory course Teaching at the UG. During the course, you will learn about the UGs teaching strategy, some tips for your first classes, the Dutch educational system and how we tackle inclusion & diversity in education. The upcoming course will take place on the 28th and 29th of August, 2024. During these 2 days, you will gain insights on how to teach at the UG. We round off each course day with an informal activity, such as a guided tour of the city of Groningen. During the course, you will practice with Brightspace,  the University’s learning environment. The course material will be shared in a Brightspace course.
