We will begin with a presentation by the UG lecturer dr. Chris May and reflect on pitfalls and challenges of implementing open pedagogical practices in courses. Thereafter, Frederiek van Rij (Educational Support and Innovation) and dr. Chris May will share a step-by-step guide on how to design open pedagogical assignments. Further, participants will work on their own ideas, with support from UG educational experts.
In preparation for the workshop, participants are invited to watch the webinar recording to familiarize themselves with the topic of open pedagogy. Participants are also encouraged to fill in the form with information on the open pedagogical practices they are most interested in.
